Rejection upon delivery - Returns for Defects or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it leaves us. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

3-Day Return Policy
We understand things happen. Maybe your maid received the package, an elderly family member took it in, or it simply went unnoticed for a day or two — we’ve got you covered.

We offer a 3-day return policy for product defects or damages. This means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any issue and request a return or replacement, even if someone else received the order on your behalf.

 

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not damaged after delivery, and in its original packaging. Since our products don’t come with tags, you don’t need to worry about that.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
